What we run
- Monthly payslips and salary payment files.
- CPF contributions for Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
- SDL, SHG contributions and foreign worker levy where they apply.
- Leave and claims records.
- Payroll reports for your books.
Yearly and one-off filings
| Filing | When |
|---|---|
| CPF contributions | Pay by the 14th of the following month. |
| IR8A and related forms | File with IRAS by 1 March for the previous year, including through the Auto-Inclusion Scheme where you are on it. |
| IR21 | Foreign employee leaving. Tell IRAS at least one month before the last day. IRAS may ask you to hold part of the final pay. |
Where payroll goes wrong
- A pay rise or a new joiner reaches payroll late.
- CPF is calculated on the wrong wage or the wrong age band.
- A foreign employee leaves and nobody files IR21.
- Bonus and allowance treatment differs from what IRAS expects.
What we need from you
- A list of staff with pay, start date and status (citizen, PR or foreign).
- Each month's changes: joiners, leavers, leave, claims and bonuses.
- Your CPF and IRAS account access arrangements. We never ask for your personal passwords in chat.
Common questions
Can you pay my staff?

Do you handle foreign workers?
Yes. We apply the levy and the IRAS rules for foreign employees.
Is payroll included with accounting?
You can use payroll alone or together with our accounting service.
