What we do each month
- Record sales, purchases and expenses.
- Reconcile your bank accounts.
- Track what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers.
- Keep GST records ready for filing.
- Close the month and send you a short management report.
What you receive
- Profit and loss and balance sheet each month.
- A list of overdue customers.
- Questions we cannot answer from the paperwork, so nothing is guessed.
- Year-end financial statements under SFRS(I) or the SFRS for Small Entities.
How it works
- You share bank statements, invoices and receipts by a shared folder or your cloud accounting system.
- We code and reconcile the entries.
- We send the monthly report and flag items that need your decision.
We work with cloud accounting systems such as Xero and QuickBooks. Tell us which one you use or ask us to recommend one.
Why clean books save money
- Your tax return and audit take less time, so they cost less.
- Your bank gets numbers it trusts when you ask for a loan.
- You see problems with customers and costs within weeks, not at year end.
Record keeping. Singapore companies must keep accounting records for at least five years. We store your records in good order for that period.
Common questions
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. Small and medium companies are our focus.
Can you fix books that fell behind?
Yes. We catch up the backlog first, then move to a monthly routine.
Do you also file GST?
Yes. Henry is an Accredited Tax Practitioner for GST. Registration is required when taxable turnover goes above S$1 million, and you may register earlier on a voluntary basis.
