The yearly rhythm
| When | What |
|---|---|
| After year end | Prepare financial statements and send them to members as the law requires. |
| Within the ACRA deadline | File the annual return. Most private companies file within 7 months after year end. |
| All year | Update registers and file changes when directors, shareholders or addresses change. |
| On request | Resolutions for dividends, share issues, bank accounts and borrowing. |
KYC and AML checks
We are an ACRA-registered Corporate Service Provider. The law requires us to verify the identity of clients and their beneficial owners and to keep records. We ask for identity documents early so your work does not stall.
Pairs well with audit and tax. When the same firm keeps your company records, prepares your accounts and files your tax, deadlines line up and nothing falls between two providers.
Common questions
Can I be my own company secretary?
The secretary must be an individual who lives in Singapore and meets the legal requirements. Many owners prefer a professional so deadlines are tracked.
What if we miss a filing?
ACRA charges late fees and can take further action. Tell us at once and we fix it.
Do you only work with clients who use your other services?
No. You can use corporate secretarial services on their own.
