Mr. Henry C S Chow is the founder of C S Chow & Co, a Chartered Accountants firm, which he established since 2008. Mr. Henry C S Chow is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Singapore, a member of Singapore Institute of Directors, Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax & GST) and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).

He shall, subject to Domestic Regulations (eg. immigration policies), be permitted to work as a Registered Foreign Professional Accountant (RFPA) in another ASEAN country to provide accountancy services in accordance with the Central Product Classification (CPC) 862 of the Provisional CPC of the United Nations. The list of accountancy services covered under CPC 862 is financial audit services, accounting review services, a compilation of financial statements services, other accounting services and bookkeeping services, except tax returns.

He has more than 10 years of accounting related experience and more than 10 years of auditing experience. He has managed clients in various industries including those of construction, manufacturing, trading, engineering, the medical profession, computers and computer-related services, shipping, logistics and transportation and investment holding companies. Other than audit assurance and accounting services, Mr. Henry C S Chow is also involved in tax, corporate secretarial services, Goods and Services Tax (GST) services, voluntary liquidation work for companies and due diligence assignments in Singapore and China region.
